Two years after its last offering, CIS is pleased to have again this summer, MODULE 4BCD: Exploring the Second, Third, and Fourth Weeks of the Spiritual Exercises. This is the 2nd part of the 4th Module in our Guides’ Formation Course which is designed primarily for those who are considering giving the Spiritual Exercises either through the 30-Day format or the 19th Annotation. The program venue will be the STA. RAFAELA MARIA HOUSE OF SPIRITUALITY in Quezon City. Given the limited number of rooms, applicants have an option for live-out arrangements.

Note that the start of the program as well as its conclusion has been adjusted by one day (from May 12 – 18, 2025 to May 13 – 19, 2025) to give way to the National Election that is scheduled on May 12.

CIS is inviting those who have satisfactorily completed Module 2 to Module 3: Supervised Retreat-Giving Experience. The third module in the Guides Formation Courses provides an occasion for a supervised retreat-giving experience. The course participants are also guided through a review and deepening of the learnings of Module 2 and given an opportunity for a retreat-giving appropriation.

CIS is pleased to announce its first program offering for 2025: Training in SUPERVISION in Spiritual Direction which will run from February 17 to 22, 2025. This will be the 2nd public offering of the program after a successful run last April 2024. The program was conceptualized in response to the growing need for supervision of spiritual directors and retreat givers within and outside the country.

CIS Philippines’ PROGRAMS & RETREATS 2024-2025: The Center for Ignatian Spirituality, Philippines is pleased to announce its retreat and program offerings for the rest of the Fiscal Year 2024-2025. The application period for the Supervision Training Program will begin this month while the application period for the summer programs and retreats will begin in January. The schedule of MODULE 4A: Exploring the 1st Week of the Spiritual Exercises and MODULE 4BCD: Exploring the 2nd, 3rd & 4th Weeks of the Spiritual Exercises has been moved to the first two weeks of May to give way to the International Conference in Ignatian Spirituality and the Ignatian Spirituality Network meeting that will be both held in late April.
